Where Your Athlete Actually Fits
RosterWise™ — deep roster intelligence for recruiting families, in a dedicated app for every sport
College recruiting shouldn’t feel like guesswork.
Families spend thousands on showcases and recruiting services, yet still can’t answer the most basic question: where does my athlete actually fit?
Rosters Are Scattered
Figuring out who’s on a team means visiting hundreds of college athletics websites one by one, copying roster data into a spreadsheet, and trying to make sense of it all. Nobody has time for that.
No Real Analysis
Existing tools list schools but don’t analyze rosters. They can’t tell you which programs have depth gaps at your athlete’s position, who’s graduating, or how your athlete’s profile compares to who’s already there.
Expensive & Shallow
Paid recruiting services charge hundreds of dollars for generic match lists that any Google search could produce. Real roster intelligence — the kind that actually informs decisions — doesn’t exist anywhere else.
What RosterWise analyzes — at every program.
RosterWise goes beyond school lists. It applies roster intelligence — systematic analysis of who is actually on each team — to help families understand where their athlete fits, in every sport we cover.
Position Depth & Class-Year Gaps
See who plays your athlete’s position at every program, what class year they are, and when roster spots are opening. Graduating seniors create real opportunity — RosterWise surfaces it.
Height & Physical Profile by Position
How does each program build by position? See average heights and size profiles so you know where your athlete’s physical profile aligns with the players already on the roster.
Geographic Recruiting Patterns
What states, regions, and countries does each program recruit from? Some programs recruit nationally; others draw heavily from specific regions. See the geographic patterns behind every roster.
Pathway & Club Analysis
What clubs, academies, and high schools did current players come from? Pathway data helps you understand which development pipelines each program draws from — and whether your athlete’s background aligns.
Transfer Portal Activity
Does this program build primarily through high-school recruiting or through the transfer portal? Understanding a program’s transfer patterns tells you how it fills roster spots — and what that means for a high-school recruit’s path.
International Composition
What portion of the roster is domestic vs. international, and what countries are represented? International recruiting varies dramatically by division and conference — this analysis helps you understand the competitive landscape at each program.
Coach Tenure & Program Direction
How long has the head coach been building this program? Coaching stability tells you something about program culture and direction. RosterWise includes coach tenure data for every program where available.
Academic Fit & School Profile
It’s not just athletics. See school size, academic strength, graduation rates, and campus setting for every program. Find schools where your athlete fits in the classroom, not just on the field.
My RosterFit™ Personalized Scoring
Enter your athlete’s profile — position, height, class year, GPA, test scores, geographic preferences — and RosterFit scores every program based on how your athlete aligns with the actual roster. Not a generic match list. A personalized fit analysis based on real roster data.
More Sports on the Way
Each sport ships as its own app with sport-specific roster intelligence, position taxonomies, and recruiting analysis. After Soccer, Volleyball, and Lacrosse, these sports are planned next.
Built by a soccer family, for every recruiting family.
RosterWise started because of a conversation at a tournament — a parent asking another parent: “How do you even figure out where your kid fits?”
The honest answer was: you don’t. You visit hundreds of roster pages, take notes in a spreadsheet, and hope you’re not missing something. Or you pay a recruiting service hundreds of dollars for a list of schools you could have Googled yourself.
We built RosterWise because we wanted the tool we couldn’t find — one that goes deeper than school lists and actually analyzes rosters, identifies opportunity, and gives families real intelligence to work with. Every family’s recruiting journey is different, and no tool can predict outcomes — but the right data can help you ask better questions and focus your effort where it matters most.
RosterWise isn’t a matchmaking service or a recruiting platform. It’s roster intelligence — deep analysis for the price of a tank of gas to the next showcase.
RosterWise is built by Grobe Games LLC.
Real intelligence. Fair price. No tricks.
Paid recruiting services charge $200–$2,000 for generic match lists. RosterWise gives you deeper analysis — actual roster intelligence at the program level — for less than a single training session.
No subscriptions. No monthly fees. No ads. No account required. Your data stays on your device. Available for your athlete’s entire recruiting journey.

Will RosterWise tell me which schools will recruit my athlete?
No — and we're upfront about that. No tool can predict recruiting outcomes, because they depend on individual circumstances, coach communication, timing, and many factors no dataset can capture. What RosterWise does is give families the analysis to make better-informed decisions about where to focus their recruiting effort. It's intelligence, not a crystal ball.
Do you offer recruiting consulting or coach outreach?
No. RosterWise is a self-service intelligence tool, not a recruiting service. We focus on giving families the data and analysis to do their own research — because nobody knows your athlete's situation better than your family.
Every recruiting journey is different.
No two athletes have the same path. Timelines vary, priorities differ, and what matters most to one family may be secondary to another. RosterWise provides the analysis — you and your family make the decisions. We believe informed families make better decisions, and that starts with understanding the landscape your athlete is actually navigating.
